Not too long ago I was shopping at a very well known department store who shall remain nameless (let's just say it rhymes with bordstroms ;) ) and I came across this phenomenal line of chunky and classic jewelry. After pining over a few pieces for a month or so, I said to my significant other "you know, just because I'm a mommy doesn't mean I should have to give up great accessories but I just can't justify the prices!" Genius that he is, it was suggested that I contact the manufacturer and share my sentiment. so I did and guess what? The Trendy Baby now carries this soho chic line of jewelry for all of us mommies who refuse to be anything less than fabulous! not only have I made the decision to be more proactive about marketing and promotions this year, but I am hereby determined to realize holidays are approaching BEFORE they get here. I am notorious for whipping up holiday designs and adding new holiday products mere weeks before the holiday hits... usually because my 5 year old tells me "mommy, it's almost Valentine's Day you know..." whoopsie!
I have a small love affair with Microsoft Outlook, and I'm not ashamed to admit that without my calendar, I would be lost... 2011means that I have scheduled all holidays into Outlook and set reminders so that I will know at least 60 days before the holiday approaches that I need to start thinking. so, Easter huh? be sure to check out our Easter category. I know, there are only two things right now. I do however have big plans and you can be sure that you will see some new Easter outfits mid-March. I promise? :)

the trendy baby has recently undergone a lot of changes. in 2010, we outgrew our WAHM host and made the move to a larger, more integrated and "scary" platform. what a ride! we anticipate we will spend much of 2011 adding new products and strategically re-defining our brand. we look forward to the ride and plan to fully utilize our great new blog during the process. we are fortunate to have lots of plans of giveaways as a thank you to the customers who have made us so successful in our first five years of business.
for now, the trendy baby is happily chugging along and the owner is happily getting ready for bed!
